Lead Pastor
Otley Church is in a time of pastoral transition. In January of 2025, Pastor Mike Holleman accepted a calling as a hospice chaplain. We are working with the Sending Network to determine appropriate steps. If you need pastoral care during this time, you may contact our office or one of the elders.

Ministry Development Coordinator
Chris keeps all our ministry and office running smoothly by working alongside our leaders and staff.

Jenn Beyer
Children’s Ministry Coordinator
Jenn cares for our children from birth to high school. She plans and coordinates programming for the children & youth.

Derek Van Kooten
Worship Coordinator
Derek is our primary worship leader. He is in charge of all the music and technical portions of our service. He is an accomplished musician and singer, playing both the guitar and the banjo!
Consistory
Otley Church is led by a board consisting of Elders, Deacons and the Pastor. Members are selected from the congregation to fill three year terms. Elders are tasked with the spiritual health of the church: encouraging spiritual growth, conformity with God’s word and celebration of the sacraments (Lord’s Supper and Baptism). Deacons are tasked with ministries of mercy. They receive the contributions of the congregation and distribute them giving particular attention to missions and benevolence. The following individuals serve on our consistory board:
Additionally, Otley Church has an Executive Team consisting of the Lead Pastor, VP of Consistory, Clerk and Chair of the Deacons which can advise and make decisions when the full consistory is unable to meet.
